Understanding the grooming menu
What Does a Basic Cat Grooming Package Include?
It combines four routine-care tasks: nails, ears, paws and basic brushing.

The ฿199 basic care package includes nail cutting, ear cleaning, paw cleaning and basic brushing. A cat bath is separate at ฿299, and a ฿50 surcharge may apply where stated by the team.
A grooming menu is easier to compare when you know exactly which tasks are bundled. The basic care package at Siamese Cat Hotel & Grooming is not a full bath package. It groups four smaller routine-care services into one appointment.
Our practical experience is grounded in caring for 16 adopted resident cats every day. Visitors to Siamese Cat Cafe can meet them and observe how happy and people-friendly they are.
The four included services
Nail cutting
Trimming the tips of the claws. Tell the team if your cat dislikes paw handling or has had a difficult trim before.
Ear cleaning
Basic external ear care. A painful, inflamed or unusual-looking ear should be discussed with a veterinarian.
Paw cleaning
Cleaning around the paws. Mention sensitivity, a recent injury or anything unusual before handling begins.
Basic brushing
Removing loose coat and working through simple surface tangles. More involved coat problems should be assessed separately.
Each of these services is also listed individually at ฿100. The package costs ฿199, so it is intended for a cat that needs several of the listed tasks in the same visit.

What is not included in the basic package?
The supplied package lists nails, ears, paws and basic brushing. A cat bath is a separate service at ฿299. Do not assume that a bath, intensive detangling, clipping or treatment for a health problem is included unless the team specifically confirms it.
A ฿50 surcharge may apply where stated by the team. Ask what triggers the surcharge and confirm the expected total before the appointment. For bathing, the team uses water care or dry care depending on the individual cat.
Package or individual service?
Choose an individual service if your cat needs only one listed task. The package makes more sense when several routine-care items are due together.
Choose one ฿100 service
Your cat needs only nails, ears, paws or brushing, and the other items do not need attention.
Choose the ฿199 package
You want all four listed routine-care tasks handled during one appointment.
What to tell the groomer before starting
- How your cat reacts to paw, ear and body handling.
- Any previous grooming difficulties.
- Known injuries, painful areas or health concerns.
- Which exact services you are requesting.
- Whether you want the team to stop and contact you if the plan needs to change.

Grooming is care, not medical treatment
Routine cleaning and brushing do not replace veterinary assessment. If you notice pain, swelling, bleeding, discharge, a strong odour, skin changes or a sudden change in behaviour, contact a veterinarian rather than booking routine grooming as the solution.
The simplest booking decision
Count how many of the four listed tasks your cat needs. One task can be booked individually. Several tasks point toward the ฿199 package. Ask separately about water or dry bathing, the ฿50 surcharge and any care that is not shown on the basic menu. Booking is recommended, although walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
