Getting ready for your cat’s first grooming visit.

Book a specific service

Say whether you want a nail trim, ear care, paw cleaning, brushing or a bath. The individual basic services are ฿100 each, the four-part package is ฿199 and a cat bath is separate at ฿299. Confirm availability and the expected total; advance booking is recommended and walk-ins depend on availability.

Plan the carrier and handover

Check that the carrier closes securely and allow time to talk at arrival. Free parking is available, but check the arrival route when booking. Keep your cat in the carrier until the team is ready to receive them.

Describe what actually happens during handling

“Shy” or “friendly” is less useful than explaining how your cat reacts to paw touching, brushing or being held. Tell the team about previous difficulties, sensitive areas and relevant care information. If there is a health or medication question, discuss it with your veterinarian and the team before the visit.

Agree on a stop point, then ask how it went

Decide whether the team should call before changing the service and how to proceed if your cat cannot comfortably continue. Afterward, ask which tasks were completed, how your cat responded and what would help you plan the next appointment.
