At Siamese Cat Hotel & Grooming, a capsule is an individual wooden enclosure. The Full Room is a separate 12 sq.m room. They offer different amounts of space; the larger room is not a promise that every cat will settle better.

When a capsule is worth considering
The real capsule photo shows a bed, a ramp and raised resting areas inside a defined enclosure. Look at how the space is arranged rather than judging it by the word “cage”.
If your cat usually chooses a small resting spot, describe that habit to the team. Ask how food, water, the litter area and daily care are arranged for the stay. A familiar preference is a useful starting point, not a guarantee of how a first stay will go.

What changes with a private room
The private option gives your cat a whole 12 sq.m room. The photo lets you see the window, resting spaces and exercise wheel rather than having to imagine what “more space” means.
It is worth discussing if your cat normally moves between several resting places, or if you are considering a shared stay. Tell the team how your cats live together and confirm the room’s suitability and capacity; an additional-cat rate does not establish a maximum occupancy.
