Cat hotel questions
What is the difference between “with cage” and “without cage”?
With cage is a capsule-style caged room. Without cage means your cat stays in an entire private room.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. We take photos and video every day to update you on how your cat is doing.
What happens if my cat becomes ill?
We update you and can help coordinate veterinary care. Veterinary expenses are paid by the owner.
Can my cat go outside?
We provide supervised outdoor walks so suitable cats are not always inside their room. Walks depend on the weather, current safety conditions and each cat’s temperament and comfort.
Do I need to book?
Booking is recommended so we can confirm room availability and prepare for your cat. Walk-in enquiries are welcome, subject to availability.

Yes. Free parking is available near the entrance.
